1. Our Return Commitment

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return eligible items within 30 calendar days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.
  • The product is in its original, factory-sealed packaging (unopened).
  • The product has not been damaged through misuse, mishandling, or neglect.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

Opened or partially used products are not eligible for return unless the packaging or product is defective or has been damaged during shipping.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products returned after the 30-day window has passed
  • Products that have been opened and used (except in cases of defect)
  • Products damaged by the customer after delivery
  • Gift cards or promotional items

4. Defective or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at feedback-@shelroxxphun.world with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

5. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at feedback-@shelroxxphun.world with the subject line "Return Request — [Your Order Number]."
  2. Include your name, order number, reason for return, and photos if relevant.
  3. We will respond within 3 business days with return instructions and a return address.
  4. Ship the product back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defect or shipping error on our part.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.

6. Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your product for a different quantity or variant, please initiate a return as described above and place a new order for the desired item.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation, please check with your bank first. If the issue persists, contact us at feedback-@shelroxxphun.world.

9. Consumer Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable U.S. consumer protection law (including FTC regulations). Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have that cannot be excluded or restricted by law.
